Here are a few free apps that can save you a lot of time, I know they have for me:

Dial 0

Tired of all those 1-800 numbers that take FOREVER to get ahold of a person?

Well this app ends all that – it tells you what numbers to press right away to get straight to a person and away from the automated system with almost any common 1-800 number.

Urban Spoon

Want to find what restaurants are the best for the money? Feeling like Mexican food or Italian? – sort by whatever type of food you want and see how locals rate the restaurants.

Fandango

Want a quick easy way to see what time a movie is playing? With a couple clicks you can see what time your different theaters are playing it, and even buy the ticket through the app so you don’t have to waste time at the ticket counter!

IMDB

Want a quick easy opinion to see if that movie your thinking about seeing is any good? With a couple of clicks you can see  how thousands of people have rated it from 1-10 stars, read full reviews,  and watch the trailer.

Google Tasks

Want to be able to create a task list with due dates, reminders, and be able to check off or add to it from your phone or computer? Then you’ll love this app.

Google Reader

What if instead of going to see what’s new on your favorite websites and loading the entire site, including ads and all the stuff you’ve already read, if instead you could just pull up only the new articles you haven’t read yet?

Then what if instead of going to your 3 favorite websites to find the newest articles, you can have all the newest articles from all 3 sites in one place?

Well this app lets you do that with almost any blog and news website easily.
